News on Account Management (SWIFT/Withdrawal)12/12/2011

From the 1th December 2011 news rules are applied for the ACB account management. Clients can withdrawal a maximum of 15% of the account balance weekly, with a maximum of 40 percent monthly. The Clients can send outgoing swifts in reason of a maximum of 50% of the account balance weekly, with a maximum of 70% monthly. Every requested exceeding as above will be rejected, if not expressely authorized from the Direction of the Bank.

This new rules will apply also in case of account closing. Reading the present message, all Clients are informed about the Changment on Bank Contract.

Notizie su Account Management (SWIFT/Ritiro)

Dal 1 Dicembre 2011 sono state introdotte nuove regole per la gestione dei conti in ACB. I Clienti possono prelevare fino a un massimo del 15% del saldo presente in conto a settimana, con un massimo (cumulativo) del 40 percento al mese. I clienti possono inviare pagamenti fino a un massimo del 50% del saldo presente in conto a settimana, con un massimo del 70% mensile. Ogni richiesta che ecceda quanto sopra riportato verra' rifiutata, se non espressamente autorizzata dalla Direzione della Banca.

Queste nuove regole valgono anche in caso di prelievi/bonifici per chiusura conto. Con la lettura del presente messaggio i clienti sono informati dei cambiamenti avvenuti sul contratto Bancario, e ne prendono atto.
